Jedným z najúčinnejších nástrojov ochrany prírody a krajiny v Českej republike predstavuje sústava zvlášť chránených území. Táto práca sa v rešeršnej časti obsiahlejšie venuje systému územnej ochrany v ČR a v nadväznosti na to prostredníctvom metodiky hodnotenia súčasného stavu a starostlivosti o maloplošné zvlášť chránené územia hodnotí 4 vybrané MZCHÚ v CHKO Litovelské Pomoraví. Jedná sa o územia: PR Kačení louka, PR Plané loučky, PP Častava, PP Daliboř. Územia pre vyhodnotenie boli vybrané na základe ich spoločného charakteru biotopu - mokraďové a aluviálne lúky. Tieto spoločenstvá sú aktuálne veľmi diskutované ako v Českej a Slovenskej republike, tak aj zo svetového hľadiska. Viac informácii o týchto spoločenstvách poskytuje rešeršná časť práce. Výsledné hodnotenie súčasného stavu vyšlo najlepšie pre územie PR Plané loučky, ktoré ako jediné nie je poznačené trendom vysychania, ako je tomu u ďalších študovaných územiach. Vyhodnotenie súčasnej starostlivosti vyšlo najlepšie v prípade PP Daliboř, avšak všetky územia dostali klasifikáciu ako "dobrá". Na záver práce je výsledné hodnotenie podrobnejšie diskutované, a tiež je situácia ohľadne starostlivosti o chránené územia porovnaná so situáciou na Slovensku. V závere práce je uvedených niekoľko spoločných opatrení pre ochranu mokradí na celosvetovej úrovni podľa Erwina.One of the most effective tools for nature and landscape protection in the Czech Republic is the system of specially protected areas. This thesis, in the research part, deals more comprehensively with the system of territorial protection in the Czech Republic and, following this, evaluates 4 selected MZCHÚs in the Litovelské Pomoraví Protected Landscape Area by means of the methodology of evaluation of the current status and care of small-area specially protected areas. These areas are: PR Kačení louka, PR Plané loučky, PP Častava, PP Daliboř. The sites for the evaluation were selected on the basis of their common habitat character -wetland and alluvial meadows. These communities are currently highly debated both in the Czech and Slovak Republics and from a global point of view. More information about these communities is provided in the research part of the thesis. The final assessment of the current status was the best for the Plané loučky PR area, which is the only one that is not affected by the drying trend, as is the case for the other study areas. The assessment of the current care was best for PP Daliboř, but all areas were classified as 'good'. At the end of the thesis, the resulting assessment is discussed in more detail and the situation regarding the care of protected areas is compared with the situation in Slovakia. The paper concludes with a number of common measures for the protection of wetlands on a global level according to Erwin.
