U overhead sportů může být SLAP léze jednou z příčin bolesti a nestability ramenního kloubu. Jedná se o poranění superiorní části glenoidálního labra, které se šíří anteroposteriorním směrem a může postihovat i úponovou část šlachy dlouhé hlavy bicepsu. V úvodní části bude zaměřena pozornost na obecnou problematiku tohoto zranění včetně rozdělení a klasifikace. Dále budou uvedeny mechanismy vzniku, predispozice, diagnostika, řešení jak konzervativní, tak i operační a také úspěšnost návratu ke sportu po prodělaném poranění a léčbě. Praktická bude obsahovat kazuistiku pacientky s poraněním anterosuperiorní části labra.In case of overhead sports, the SLAP lesion can be one of the causes of pain and instability of the shoulder joint. It is a trauma of the superior part of the glenoid labrum that propagates in the anteroposterior direction and can affect the attachment part in the tendon of the long head of the biceps. The introductory part focuses on the general issues of this injury, including the subdivision and classification. Furthermore, mechanisms of development are introduced, as well as predisposition, diagnosis, conservative and surgical treatment options, but also the success rate in returning to sport following the injury and treatment. The practical part comprises a case study of a patient with a trauma of the anterosuperior part of the labrum.
