Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení klíčových funkčních parametrů Zdravotnického operačního střediska Pardubického kraje. Sledování těchto klíčových parametrů pomáhá managementu Zdravotnické záchranné služby k hodnocení systému práce Zdravotnického operačního střediska a zároveň umožňuje vzájemné srovnání jednotlivých záchranných služeb. V teoretické části je popsána činnost Zdravotnického operačního střediska, zpracování výzvy, indikace výjezdu, telefonická první pomoc a operační řízení. V další části teoretické části jsou rozebrány jednotlivé klíčové funkční parametry - dostupnost systému tísňového volání, interval zpracování výzvy u kritických stavů, rozpoznání náhlé zástavy oběhu a efektivita využití letecké záchranné služby a kritéria hodnocení těchto parametrů V empirické části je realizováno kvalitativní šetření jednotlivých klíčových systémových parametrů, které jsou sledovány na Zdravotnické záchranné službě Pardubického kraje, a následné srovnání výsledků šetření s dvěma vybranými ZZS. Výstup z tohoto porovnání výsledků bude použit pro případné zlepšení práce zdravotnického operačního střediska, pokud výsledky ukáží, že zkoumané operační středisko zaostává za hodnocením zbylých dvou krajských ZZS.This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the key functional parameters of the Medical Operations Centre of the Pardubice Region. Monitoring of these key parameters helps the management of the Medical Rescue Service to evaluate the system of work of the Medical Operations Centre and at the same time allows for mutual comparison of individual rescue services. The theoretical part describes the activities of the Medical Operations Centre, call processing, call indication, telephone first aid and operational management. In the next part of the theoretical part, individual key functional parameters are discussed - availability of the emergency call system, call processing interval for critical conditions, recognition of sudden circulatory arrest and efficiency of the use of air ambulance service and criteria for evaluation of these parameters In the empirical part, a qualitative investigation of individual key system parameters monitored at the Medical Ambulance Service of the Pardubice Region and subsequent comparison of the results of the investigation with two selected ambulance services is carried out. The output of this comparison of results will be used for possible improvement of the work of the medical operations centre, if the results show that the examined operations centre lags behind the evaluation of the other two regional ambulance services.
