Bakalářská práce se zabývá potřebou asistenta pedagoga při vzdělávání a výchově v mateřských školách. Zaměřili jsme se na náplň práce dle pracovní smlouvy a vzdělání a jejím porovnání se skutečností. V práci jsme se také věnovali vzdělávacímu systému České republiky a legislativou týkající se asistentů pedagoga. Praktická část práce obsahuje dotazník, zjišťující již výše zmíněnou potřebu asistentů pedagoga.The bachelor thesis deals with the need for a teaching assistant in education and upbringing in kindergartens. We focused on the job description according to the employment contract, education, and its comparison with reality. In the thesis, we also discussed the educational system of the Czech Republic and the legislation concerning teaching assistants. The practical part of the thesis includes a questionnaire to determine the aforementioned need for teaching assistants.
