Bakalářská práce zkoumá interakční styl trenérů fotbalu u mládeže. Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat interakční styly trenérů fotbalu u mládeže a popsat rozdíly v uplatňovaném interakčním stylu trenérů fotbalu z jejich vlastního pohledu (sebereflexe) a z pohledu jejich svěřenců. Dále se také zkoumá "ideální" interakční styl trenéra fotbalu u mládeže, vycházející z představ trenérů samotných a jejich svěřenců. Ve výzkumné části je také komparace interakčních stylů trenérů fotbalu ve vybraných kategoriích klubů FK Náchod a FK Pardubice. Výzkum byl realizován formou dotazníku interakčního stylu trenéra. Samotný výzkum probíhal v divizním klubu FK Náchod a ligovém FK Pardubice. Celkově se výzkumu zúčastnilo 63 hráčů a 4 trenéři. Z výsledků vyplývá, že nejčastěji uplatňovaným stylem fotbalových trenérů u mládeže jsou, na základě vlastního hodnocení (sebereflexe) a hodnocení svěřenců, styly Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající. Interakční styl "ideálního" trenéra fotbalu u mládeže hodnotí shodně trenéři i svěřenci v dimenzích Organizátor, Pomáhající a Chápající, zároveň je významně zastoupena dimenze Vede k zodpovědnosti.The bachelor thesis examines the interactive style of youth football coaches. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the interactive styles of football coaches in youth and to describe the differences in the applied interaction style of football coaches from their own point of view (self-reflection) and from the perspective of their wards. Furthermore, the "ideal" interactive style of a youth football coach is also examined, based on the ideas of the coaches themselves and their trainees. The research part also includes a comparison of interactive styles of football coaches in selected categories of FK Náchod and FK Pardubice. The research was carried out in the form of a questionnaire of the interactive style of the trainer. The research itself took place in the division club FK Náchod and league FK Pardubice. In total, 63 players and 4 coaches participated in the research. The results show that the most frequently applied style of football coaches among youth are, based on their own evaluation (self-reflection) and evaluation of wards, the styles Organizer, Helping and Understanding. The interactive style of the "ideal" youth football coach is evaluated identically by coaches and wards in the dimensions Organizer, Helping and Understanding, while the dimension Leads to Responsibility is significantly represented.
