Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem cestovního ruchu při regeneraci brownfieldů. Zaměření práce je specifiky na periferní oblasti, kde cestovní ruch tvoří významnou položku a potenciál pro rozvoj území. V první části práce bude zhodnocen význam, možnosti, ale i bariéry pro cestovní ruch při regeneraci brownfieldů z pohledu dostupné literatury. Dále bude vytvořena databáze regenerací na cestovní ruch v periferních oblastech, která bude analyzována. Následně budou vybrány dva realizované projekty regenerace na cestovní ruch s provedením hlubšího výzkumu za využití kvantitativních a kvalitativních metod. Výsledkem práce bude seznam doporučení pro investory pro plánování a realizaci projektů regenerace brownfieldů se zaměřením na cestovní ruch.The diploma thesis focuses on the topic of tourism in the regeneration of brownfields. The thesis is specifically focused on peripheral areas, where tourism represents a significant factor and potential for the development of the territory. The first part of the thesis will evaluate the significance, possibilities, and barriers for tourism in the regeneration of brownfields from the perspective of available literature. Furthermore, a database of regenerations for tourism in peripheral areas will be created and analyzed. Two completed projects of regeneration for tourism will be selected for further research using quantitative and qualitative methods. The result of the thesis will be a list of recommendations for investors about planning and implementing brownfield regeneration projects with a focus on tourism.
