Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na aktivizační činnosti u osob s chronickým duševním onemocněním v domovech se zvláštním režimem. Cílem práce je zjistit, analyzovat a popsat zkušenosti klientů s aktivizačními činnostmi a aktivizačních pracovnic s jejich poskytováním. V rámci empirické části práce je využit kvalitativní přístup, konkrétně pilotní vícepřípadová studie. Sběr dat proběhl pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru doplněný projektivními technikami. Analýza dat proběhla pomocí otevřeného kódování a tematické analýzy. Ze získaných poznatků vyplývá, že stěžejním tématem je motivace klientů s duševním onemocněním. Dalšími důležitými tématy práce jsou vliv odměn či neúspěchy v rámci poskytování aktivit. Tato pilotní studie může být přínosná pro osoby, kteří pracují či v budoucnu budou pracovat s touto specifickou skupinou klientů.The bachelor thesis focuses on activation activities for people with chronic mental diorders in residential homes with special regime. The aim of the thesis is to identify, analyse and describe the experience of clients with activation activities and activation workers with their provision. The empirical part of the thesis uses a qualitative approach, specifically a pilot multi-case study. Data collection was conducted using semi-structured interviews supplemented by projective techniques. Data analysis was conducted using open coding and thematic analysis. The findings suggest that the central theme is the motivation of clients with mental illness. Other important themes of the thesis are the impact of rewards or failures in the provision of activities. This pilot study may be beneficial for those working or in the future working with this specific client group.
