Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu materiálu a implementaci Intensive Language-Action Therapy u osob s afázií. Dělíme ji na část teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části vymezujeme afázii z hlediska etiologie, symptomatologie a charakterizujeme klasifikaci. Věnujeme se diagnostice a terapii (zejména detailně popisujeme Intensive Language-Action Therapy). V empirické části se zabýváme tvorbou materiálu a porovnáváme jazykové schopnosti před a po aplikaci ILAT.This thesis aims at production of materials and implementation of Intensive Language-Action Therapy in people with aphasia. It can be divided into theoretical and empirical parts. Within the theoretical part aphasia is defined from the aetiological and symptomological points of view, and the classification is characterized. The diagnostics and therapy are dealt with (particularly the Intensive Language-Action Therapy is described in a detail). Within the empirical part we deal with material creation and the language skills before and after the ILAT application are compared.
