Diplomová práce se zabývá konzumací jednotlivých druhů masa a vývojem jejich spotřeby ve vybraných státech světa ve 21. století. Hlavním cílem bylo zpracování analýzy konzumace masa v letech 2000-2019, ve které byl zkoumán její vztah k finančním příjmům obyvatel. S využitím dat o spotřebě masa na osobu a indikátoru GNI bylo pomocí základních statistických metod analyzováno celkem 166 států světa, přičemž se jednalo převážně o státy OSN. Záměrem práce bylo zjistit, jak dynamický byl vývoj spotřeby základních druhů masa v období let 2000-2019 a zda existují rozdíly ve vývoji jejich spotřeby. Další část vycházela z předpokladu, že míra spotřeby dílčích druhů masa je ovlivněna ekonomickým stupněm rozvoje států.The diploma thesis deals with the consumption of individual types of meat and the development of their consumption in selected countries of the world in the 21st century. The main goal was the elaboration of an analysis of meat consumption in the years 2000-2019, where was examined its relationship to the financial income of the population. Using data of meat consumption per person and the GNI indicator were analyzed a total of 166 countries of the world, mostly UN countries by using basic statistical methods. The aim of the work was to find out how dynamic the development of the consumption of basic types of meat was in the period 2000-2019 and whether there are differences in the development of their consumption. The next part was based on the assumption whether the results support the hypothesis that the rate of consumption of partial types of meat is influenced by the economic level of the states.
