Bakalářská práce zkoumá vliv pandemie covid-19 na domácí cestovní ruch se zaměřením na starší generaci Z ze Zlínského kraje. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat vztah generace Z k domácímu cestovnímu ruchu v postcovidové době. Výzkumné otázky se zabývají porovnáním četnost výjezdů před a po pandemii, hodnocením cestovatelského chování a objasnění plánů pro budoucí účast v domácím cestovním ruchu. Výzkum byl proveden formou dotazníkového šetření. Z výzkumu vyplývá ucelený pohled na postoje generace Z k domácímu cestovnímu ruchu v postcovidovém období, přičemž výsledky ukazují určitý vliv pandemie na účast v domácím cestovním ruchu oproti období před pandemií.The bachelor's thesis examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on domestic tourism, focusing on the older Generation Z from the Zlín Region. The main goal is to analyze the relationship of Generation Z to domestic tourism in the post-pandemic period. Research questions address the comparison of the frequency of trips before and after the pandemic, the assessment of travel behavior, and the clarification of plans for future participation in domestic tourism. The research was conducted using a questionnaire survey. The study provides a comprehensive view of the attitudes of Generation Z towards domestic tourism in the post-pandemic period, with the results indicating a certain influence of the pandemic on participation in domestic tourism compared to the pre-pandemic period.
