Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vliv multisenzorických asociací na pleoptickou stimulaci. V teoretické části je popsána amblyopie a její léčba. Dále se práce zaobírá pozorností, emocemi, motivací a jejich vlivem na percepci. V následující kapitole je popsána zraková a sluchová percepce. Těžištěm teoretické části práce jsou kapitoly o multisenzorické integraci a multisenzorickém učení. V praktické části je řešena efektivita inovativní stimulace amblyopického oka, obohacená o stimulaci dalšího smyslu. Na video s letícím letadlem byl upevněn pleoptický stimul, doplněn audiostimulací dvojího typu, kdy zvuk odpovídá obrazu a kdy je zvuk přehráván obráceně oproti obrazu. Práce zhodnocuje, který typ stimulace bude mít větší efekt na noniovou zrakovou ostrost a také dopad obou typů na pozornost a emoce.The diploma thesis focuses on the influence of multisensory associations on pleoptic stimulation. The theoretical part describes amblyopia and its treatment. Furthermore, the work deals with attention, emotions, motivation and their influence on perception. The following chapter describes visual and auditory perception. The focus of the theoretical part of the work is on chapters on multisensory integration and multisensory learning. The practical part addresses the effectiveness of innovative stimulation of the amblyopic eye, enriched by stimulation of another sense. A pleoptic stimulus was attached to the video of the plane, supplemented by a double-type audio stimulation, where the sound corresponds to the image and where it is played reversely from the image. The work evaluates which type of stimulation will have a greater effect on vernier visual acuity and also the impact of both types on attention and emotions.
