Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rehabilitací kojenců trpící cystickou fibrózou. Stručně popisuje patofyziologii, projevy a komplikace onemocnění. V rámci vyšetření se věnuje novorozeneckému screeningu a funkčnímu vyšetření plic. V hlavní části se věnuje terapii kojenců, kterou provádí fyzioterapeut. Jedná se převážně o drenážní techniky pro podporu expektorace hlenu z dýchacích cest a inhalační terapii. V rámci komplexní rehabilitační péče je léčba rozšířena o farmakoterapii, psychickou podporu, edukaci rodičů a nutriční návyky. Kazuistika pacienta je zpracována v praktické části.This Bachelor's thesis deals with the treatment of infants suffering from cystic fibrosis. It briefly describes the pathophysiology, symptoms, and complications of the disease. As part of the examination, it focuses on neonatal screening and pulmonary functional test. The main part of the thesis addresses the treatment of infants performed by the physiotherapist. This primarily includes drainage techniques to support sputum expectoration from the airways and on inhalation therapy. Within the comprehensive rehabilitation care, treatment is extended to include pharmacotherapy, psychological support, parent education, and nutritional habits. The practical part includes a case study of a patient.
