Podstatou této magisterské diplomové práce je explorace možné role Indexu poškození Ega (EII-2) jako moderující proměnné vztahů mezi vybranými proměnnými Rorschachovy metody a mírou sebeposouzené emocionální empatie. Teoretická část práce pojednává o konceptu empatie, jejich diagnostických možnostech a Indexu poškození Ega. Výzkumná část je zaměřena na ověření vztahů vybraných ROR proměnných, potenciálně vztahujících se k empatii, míry emocionální empatie a role EII-2. Výzkumný soubor čítal 63 participanců z řad střední dospělosti (M = 42,78), z toho 40 žen a 23 mužů. Použitými metodami byl Rorschachův test inkoustových skvrn (ROR) a česká verze Škály emocionální empatie (EES-R). Z metody ROR byly vytřízeny proměnné potenciálně vztahující se k empatii, konkrétně proměnné M, H, H:Hd+(H)+(Hd), FC, CF+C, FD, PER, CDI, Afr, XA %, WDA %, PTI, EII-2. Z výsledků vyplývá pozitivní vztah mezi proměnnou H i XA % s EES-R a negativní vztah mezi EII-2 a EES-R. Statistické analýzy prokázaly roli EII-2 jako moderující proměnné ve výsledcích mezi ROR proměnnými a EES-R.The essence of this master´s thesis is the exploration of the possible role of the Ego Impairment Indey (EII-2) as a moderating variable in the relationships between selected variables of the Rorschach method and measures of self-assessed emotional empathy. The teoretical part of this thesis discusses the concept of empathy, its diagnostic possibilities and the EII-2. The empirical part of the thesis is focused on veryfying the relationship of selected ROR variables, the degree of emotional empathy and the role of EII-2. The research group consisted of 63 participants in middle adulthood (M = 42,78), including 40 women and 23 men. The methods used included the Rorschach Inkblot Test (ROR) and the Czech version of Emotional Empathy Scale (EES-R). Variables potentially related to empathy were selected from the ROR method, namely M, H, H:Hd+(H)+(Hd), FC, CF+C, FD, PER, CDI, Afr, XA %, WDA %, PTI, EII-2. The results indicate a positive relationship between the variable H and XA % with EES-R and a negative relationship between EII-2 and EES-R. Statistical analyses demonstrated the role of EII-2 as a moderating variable in the relationship between ROR variables and EES-R.
