Bakalářská práce se věnuje vibroakustické terapii a jejímu využití u dětských pacientů. Cílem práce bylo shrnout současné poznatky o této metodě. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, pro které dětské diagnózy je metoda vhodná, a zhodnotit její efekt a účinnost u daných diagnóz. Pro rešerši bylo využito 5 databází. Z celkového počtu 2372 nalezených prací bylo zvoleno 17 relevantních studií, které byly zahrnuty do bakalářské práce. Práce ukázala, že se jedná o zatím poměrně neznámou a neprozkoumanou metodu, která vykazuje jistý potenciál využití také u dětských pacientů. Velká část provedených studií ukazuje pozitivní účinky vibroakustické terapie, nicméně studie prováděné na dětské populaci jsou spíše ojedinělé a jejich metodiky jsou natolik odlišné, že zatím nelze vyvozovat plnohodnotné závěry.This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the vibroacoustic therapy and its use for child patients. The aim of this work was to summarize the current knowledge about this method. Another objective was to find out which children´s diagnoses the method is suitable for and to evaluate its effect and effectiveness for the given diagnoses. There were 5 databases used in the research. From the total number of 2372 papers found, 17 relevant studies were selected and included in the thesis. The work showed that this method is relatively unknown and unexplored and that it shows a certain potential for use with pediatric patients as well as adults. A large part of conducted studies hints that the effects of vibroacoustic therapy are positive. However, the studies conducted on the pediatric population are rather rare and their methodologies are so different that it is not yet possible to draw full-fledged conclusions.
