Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu poranění brachiálního plexu a možnostem ergoterapie. Cílem práce je popsat možné příčiny vzniku poranění, management léčby a také jeho rehabilitaci. Především popisuje poranění brachiálního plexu vzniklé v souvislosti s porodním poraněním a traumatickým postižením u dospělých osob. V rámci druhé části práce je věnována pozornost konkrétním možnostem rehabilitace tohoto poranění, zvláště ergoterapeutickým metodám. V závěrečné části je představen návrh na ergoterapeutickou intervenci u dětského a dospělého pacienta.This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of brachial plexus injuries and the possibilities of occupational therapy. The aim of the work is to describe the possible causes of injuries, treatment management and its rehabilitation. In particular it deals with brachial plexus injuries arising in connection with birth injuries and traumatic disabilities in adults. In the second part of the work, attention is paid to the specific possibilities of the rehabilitation of this injury, especially occupational therapy methods. The final part presents a proposal for occupational therapy intervention in children and adults.
