Přehledová bakalářská práce je zaměřena na scintigrafická vyšetření štítné žlázy v nukleární medicíně. V práci je popsána fyziologie a patologie štítné žlázy. Dále se věnuje základním principům nukleární medicíny, ionizujícího záření, radiofarmak a přístrojového vybavení. Poslední část práce se zabývá jednotlivými vyšetřeními štítnice v nukleární medicíně. Popis vyšetření zahrnuje indikace, kontraindikace, použité radiofarmakum, přípravu, postup, akviziční parametry a typy nálezů. Při tvorbě této bakalářské práce bylo čerpáno z databází Google Scholar, EBSCO a ProQuest, dále byla využita odborná literatura a Věstník MZ ČR.This summary thesis analyzes thyroid scintigraphic methods in nuclear medicine. The thesis describes physiology and pathology of thyroid gland. It also deals with basic principles of nuclear medicine, ionizing radiation, radiopharmaceuticals and scintillation camera. The last part of the thesis deals with individual examinations of the thyroid gland in nuclear medicine. The description of the examination includes indications, contraindications, used radiopharmaceutical, preparation, procedure, acquisition parameters and types of finding. During the creation of this thesis I used databases like Google Scholar, EBSCO and ProQuest. Professional literature and the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic were also used.
