Kapitola pátá pak popisuje samotný význam 3T MR ve srovnání s 1,5T MR a CT.The bachelor thesis is focused on explaining the principle of magnetic resonance imaging as a diagnostic method and the importance of 3T magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of the brain and spinal canal. The first chapter is devoted to the theory of MR, the parts of the device, the principle of imaging, the sequences used, the resulting image, contrast agents and the effects of electromagnetic fields are described. The second chapter describes special MR methods. The third chapter focuses on MR anatomy. Chapter four describes the protocols used in the examinations. Chapter five then describes the actual significance of 3T MR compared to 1.5T MR and CT.
