Tato bakalářská práce popisuje radioterapii kostních metastáz karcinomu prostaty otevřenými zářiči, s hlavním zaměřením na terapii 223RaCl2. Bakalářská práce charakterizuje nukleární medicínu, nádorová onemocnění, s podrobnějším popisem karcinomu prostaty, jednotlivá částice emitující radiofarmaka sloužící k jeho terapii a radioterapii pomocí 223RaCl2. Cílem práce je na základě rešeršní činnosti zpracovat informace o zmíněných tématech.This bachelor's thesis describes radiotherapy of bone metastases of prostate carcinoma using unseald sources with the main focus on therapy using 223RaCl2. The bachelor's thesis characterizes nuclear medicine, cancer illnesses, with detailed description of prostate cancer, individual particles emitting radipharmaceuticals used for it's treatment and radiotherapy using 223RaCl2. The aim of the thesis is to compile information about mentioned topics on the basis of research activity.
