Tato přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem provedení biopsie za použití radiologických metod. Na základě rešeršní činnosti byly dohledány doposud publikované poznatky o historii, principu a rozdělení biopsie. Dále používané instrumentárium, komplikace, indikace a kontraindikace. Práce rovněž předkládá stručný přehled zobrazovacích metod, které jsou využívány pro bioptický výkon a popisuje jednotlivé postupy biopsie pod kontrolou výpočetní tomografie, ultrasonografie, magnetické rezonance a mamografie. Relevantní dokumenty pro tvorbu teoretických východisek byly dohledány v knihách a elektronických vědeckých databázích Google Scholar, EBSCO, Medvik a ResearchGate.This survey bachelor thesis deals with the topic of using imaging methods for providing biopsy. Based on the (literature) research previously published findings about the history, principle and division of biopsy were found. Furthermore, used instruments, complications, indications, and contraindications. This thesis also presents a brief overview of imaging methods that are used for biopsy and describes individual biopsy procedures under the control of computed tomography, ultrasonography, magnetic resonance and mammography. Relevant documents for the creation of theoretical backround have been found in books and electronic databases as Google Scholar, EBSCO, Medvik and ResearchGate.
