Přehledová práce se zabývá problematikou břišních traumat u těhotných žen. Pojednává anatomických změnách těhotných žen, o poznatcích břišních traumat u těhotné ženy v přednemocniční fázi a poznatky metod stabilizace a sekundárního vyšetření v časné nemocniční fázi při řešení tohoto druhu traumatu. Poznatky byly dohledány v databázích: EBSCO, ProQuest, Google scholar.This review paper deals with the issue of abdominal trauma in pregnant women. It discusses the anatomical changes in pregnant women, the findings of abdominal trauma in pregnant women in the prehospital phase, and the findings of methods of stabilization and secondary examination in the early hospital phase in the management of this type of trauma.
