Tato práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zkušeností klientů s online psychoterapií a psychologickým poradenstvím. Výzkumné otázky důkladně cílí na terapeutický proces, postoje klientů k online péči, otázky bezpečnosti a soukromí i výhody a nevýhody online prostředí. Metodologie výzkumu spočívá v kvalitativním designu, přičemž polostrukturovaný rozhovor je hlavní výzkumnou metodou. Data získaná tímto způsobem jsou podrobována interpretativní fenomenologické analýze, což umožňuje podrobný vhled do šesti takových případů jakožto žitých zkušeností a přispívá k identifikaci vztahů a souvislostí. Z dosavadních výsledků studie vyplývá, že i přes zjištěné limity online psychoterapie a psychologického poradenství, tato forma péče nyní představuje silnou a efektivní druhou volbu k tradičním osobním setkáním. Aktuální výzkum zdůrazňuje vhodnost distanční psychosociální péče nejen pro specifické typy klientů, ale i pro různé typy zakázek, podtrhuje její omezení a výhody, potvrzuje nezbytnost léčivého terapeutického vztahu i v online prostoru a naznačuje nová témata hodná dalšího zkoumání.This theses focuses on the analysis of clients' experience with online psychotherapy and psychological counseling. The research questions thoroughly target the therapeutic process, clients' attitudes towards online care, security and privacy issues, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the online environment. The research methodology consists of a qualitative design, with semi-structured interview as the main research method. The data obtained in this way are subjected to an interpretive phenomenological analysis, which allows detailed insight into six such cases as lived experience and contributes to the identification of relationships and contexts. The results of the study so far indicate that, despite the identified limits of online psychotherapy and psychological counseling, this form of care now represents a strong and effective second choice to traditional face-to-face meetings. Current research emphasizes the suitability of this form of care not only for specific types of clients, but also for different types of orders, confirms the necessity of the healing therapeutic relationship even in the online space and suggests new topics worthy of further investigation.
