V diplomové práci bude popsán historický vývoj kryptoměn, jejich budoucnost, princip fungování, možnosti využití, používané technologie a bezpečnost. Podrobně bude popsána kryptoměna Bitcoin a bude provedeno srovnání s některými dalšími kryptoměnami. Součástí práce bude také návrh a implementace vlastní jednoduché kryptoměny.The thesis will describe the historical development of cryptocurrencies, their future, the principle of operation, the possibilities of use, the technologies used and security. The cryptocurrency Bitcoin will be described in detail and a comparison with some other cryptocurrencies will be made. The thesis will also include the design and implementation of a simple cryptocurrency of its own.
