Přehledová bakalářská práce předkládá aktuální dohledané poznatky o možnostech prevence pádů seniorů v nemocničním prostředí. Cílem této práce je sumarizovat a dohledat aktuální poznatky o prevenci pádů seniorů. Prvním dílčím cílem je explikace a sumarizace rizikových faktorů a pojmů týkající se pádů. Identifikace rizikových faktorů spolu s jasnými intervencemi snižují riziko pádu pacientů. Všeobecné sestry by měly znát nejčastější příčiny pádů. Druhým dílčím cílem je sumarizovat aktuálně dohledané poznatky o screeningu rizikových faktorů pádů, následně dokumentování pádů a edukace pacientů a rodinných příslušníků a vytvoření bezpečného prostředí. V prevenci pádu seniorů hraje důležitou roli zhodnocení rizikových faktorů, následuje stanovení diagnózy rizika pádu a tím edukace pacienta a rodiny o příčinách pádu a preventivních opatřeních. Třetím dílčím cíle je sumarizace aktuálně dohledaných poznatků o roli sestry v prevenci pádů seniorů v nemocničním prostředí. Nedílnou součástí prevence pádů je postoj sester k edukaci a tím zapojení pacienta do preventivní péče. Na základě této práce můžeme vytvořit doporučení pro všeobecné sestry v České republice, aby zvýšily svoji roli v oblasti edukace a prevenci pádů seniorů v nemocničním prostředí. Pro dohledání aktuálních a validních poznatků k tvorbě této práce byly použity databáze: EBSCO, ProQuest, PubMed, GoogleScholar. Pro tvorbu bakalářské práce bylo použito celkem 64 elektronických zdrojů.The overview bachelor's thesis presents current research findings on the possibilities of prevention of falls in senior in the hospital environment. The aim of this work is to summarize and find current knowledge about the prevention of falls in seniors. The first partial goal is the explanation and summarization of risk factors and concepts related to falls. Identification of risk factors together with clear interventions to reduce the risk of patients falling. General nurses should know the. Most common causes of falls. The second partial goal is to summarize the current findings on the screening of risk factors for falls, followed by documenting falls and educating patient and family members and creating a safe environment. The third partial goal is to summarize the currently found knowledge about the role of the nurse in the prevention of falls in seniors in the hospital environment. An integral part of fall prevention is the attitude of nurses to education and thus the involvement of the patient in preventive care. Based on this work, we can make recommendations for general nurses in the Czech republic to increase our role in the field of education and fall prevention in the hospital.
