Bakalářská práce bude pojednávat o možnostech vyšetření, terapie i kompenzačního cvičení u jedinců s hypermobilitou. Zaměřena bude však zejména na dospívající dívky s hypermobilitou konstituční. Teoretická část bude obsahovat nejprve obecné informace o hypermobilitě, dospívání dívek a dále se bude zaměřovat na propojení těchto dvou oblastí, a právě problematiku s nimi spojenou. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl nabídnout možnosti terapie a kompenzačního cvičení, proto tomu bude věnována největší část z části teoretické. Praktická část bude tvořena kazuistikou pacientky s konstituční hypermobilitou.This bachelor thesis discusses examination, treatment and therapeutic exercise options available to hypermobile individuals, with the main focus on adolescent girls suffering from hypermobility syndrome. The theoretical part first provides general information about hypermobility and puberty changes in girls, and later on focuses on the link between them, discussing other related issues as well. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to show treatment options and design a therapeutic exercise routine, the major part of the theory therefore deals with these two topics. The practical part presents a case study of a patient with joint hypermobility syndrome.
