Z ostatních faktorů volný čas a sociální vztahy dítěte. V péči respondentům chybí skupinová práce a akutní péče.The aim of the bachelor diploma thesis is to map the issue of the therapy in children with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) with the focus on the client. First, the theoretical part defines the obsessive-compulsive disorder with the focus on the development factor, etiopathogenetic factors and the reciprocal influence of family and OCD in children. Subsequently, space is devoted to the specifics of child psychotherapy with an emphasis on family involvement in therapy. The theoretical part concludes with a presentation of forms of OCD treatment in children, including the cognitive-behavioural approach and new forms of therapy. Regarding the issue the qualitative research approach was chosen. The representative sample was gained by a combination of non-probability sampling methods and consisted of 6 pairs of respondents. Data were obtained by semi-structured interview. The data were subsequently coded. Perceptions of OCD were based on the lived experience of the respondents, with the most salient perceptions being of burden and exhaustion. There is a noticeable difference between symptom expression and seeking care. Parental involvement in the therapy process and adaptation to therapy is perceived as essential. The relationship with the therapist helps the therapy process. Among other factors, the child's leisure and social relationships. In care, respondents lack group work and acute care.
