Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na časoprostorovou analýzu cenových map stavebních pozemků města Zlína mezi lety 1993 až 2019. V úvodu práce je uskutečněn rozbor řešené problematiky věnující se obecně cenovým mapám jak v České republice, tak i v zahraničí. Tato část také obsahuje vysvětlení veškerých metodologických východisek práce spolu s použitými daty. Analytická část práce se zaměřuje na zpracovanou časoprostorovou analýzu, která se skládá z několika stěžejních bodů. Obsahuje statistickou analýzu, jež detailně analyzuje cenové mapy napříč vybranými roky. Prostorová analýza je použita zase pro vyhodnocení stabilních a nestabilních areálů stavebních pozemků z hlediska na jejich cenu s vlivem inflace a funkčního využití území. Závěr práce se věnuje samotnému vyhodnocení jednotlivých analýz. Důležitou součástí jsou také jednotlivé vizualizace v podobě mnoha mapových a statistických výstupů, které interpretují vybrané výsledky práce.The submitted bachelor's thesis focuses on a Spatio-temporal analysis of land price maps of building plots in the city of Zlín between the years 1993 and 2019. The introductory part includes an analysis of the general issues dealing with land price maps both in the Czech Republic and abroad. This part also contains an explanation of all methodological bases of the thesis, together with the used data. The analytical part of the thesis centres on space and temporal analysis, which consists of several key points. It contains a statistical analysis that explores land price maps in detail across the selected years. The spatial analysis evaluates stable and unstable areas of building plots in terms of their price with the influence of inflation and land use. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the Spatio-temporal analysis and the interpretation of its results. An important part is also respective visualizations in the form of many map and statistical outputs, which interpret selected results of the thesis.
