Tato práce se zabývá mediálním obrazem izraelsko-palestinského konfliktu vpořadu Horizont ČT24. Cíl práce je popsat obraz konfliktu vpořadu Horizont ČT24 mezi lety 2015 a 2021. Teoretická část práce popisuje mediální teorie agenda-setting, framing, gatekeeping, zpravodajské hodnoty a soft news/hard news. Práce následně využívá metody obsahové analýzy. Na závěr jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu.This thesis deals with the media image of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the program Horizont ČT24. The aim of the thesis is to describe the picture of the conflict in the program Horizont ČT24 between the years 2015 and 2021. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the media theory of agenda-setting, framing, gatekeeping, news values and soft news / hard news. This thesis then uses the methods of content analysis to analyse the media image of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Finally, the results of the research are summarized in the last part.
