Diplomová práce pojednává o problematických aspektech právního postavení osob bez státní příslušnosti. Je zde vymezen postoj k problematice apatridismu a státní příslušnosti z pohledu mezinárodního, evropského a českého práva. V práci jsou také uvedena doporučení Úřadu Vysokého komisaře OSN pro uprchlíky, která se týkají řízení o určení postavení osoby bez státní příslušnosti a jejich práv. Stěžejní částí práce je samotná identifikace těch nejzávažnějších problematických aspektů, se kterými se osoby bez státní příslušnosti mohou na území České republiky potýkat.The thesis deals with problematic aspects of the legal status of stateless persons in the Czech Republic. There is defining the position to the issue of statelessness and nationality from the perspective of international, European and Czech law. The thesis also includes the recommendations of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, which relate to the procedure for determining the status of a stateless person and their rights. The core part of the thesis is identification of the most significant problematic aspects that stateless persons may face in the territory of the Czech Republic.
