V teoretické části bakalářské práce se autorka zaměřuje na definici konceptu komunikace, její základní funkce, verbální a neverbální komunikaci a její dovednosti. Dále jsou prezentovány definice alternativní a augmentativní komunikace včetně netechnických a zejména technických pomůcek a aplikací, přičemž jsou zhodnoceny výhody a nevýhody AAK, výběr vhodného komunikačního systému a klasifikace metod. Současně jsou definovány speciálně pedagogická centra, včetně jejich historie, typologie, legislativního ukotvení, standardních aktivit, personálu a jejich činnosti. Praktická část je založena na dotazníkovém průzkumu, který byl proveden mezi odborným personálem speciálně pedagogických center v Olomouckém a Moravskoslezském kraji. Dotazníkový průzkum je doplněn o otevřené odpovědi respondentů. Hlavním cílem tohoto výzkumného šetření je zjistit dostupnost technických pomůcek ve speciálně pedagogických centrech, míru doporučení technických pomůcek a programů, frekvenci používání technických pomůcek a programů při práci s osobami se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami a zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod technických pomůcek.In the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis the author focuses on the definition of the concept of communication, its basic function, verbal and non- verbal communication and communication skills. Furthermore, the definitions of alternative and augmentative communication are presented, including non-technical and especially technical aids and applications, while the advantages and disadvantages of AAC, the selection of an appropriate communication system and the classification of methods are evaluated. At the same time, special education centers are defined, including history, typology, legislative anchorage, standard activities, SPC staff and their activities. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey, which was provided among the professional staff of special education centres in the Olomouc and Moravian-Silesian regions. The questionnaire survey is supplemented by open answers of the respondents. The main aim of this research survey is to find out the availability of technical aids in special education centres, the level of recommendation of technical aids and programmes, the frequency of using technical aids and programmes when working with people with SEN and the evaluation of advantages and disadvantages of technical aids.
