Diplomová práce se zabývá vláknitými sinicemi a jejich výskytem v nejrůznějších habitatech města Štramberk. Tato práce navazuje na bakalářskou práci, jejímž předmětem byla determinace druhů sinic, vyskytujících se na krasové jeskyni Šipka. V této práci je výzkum rozšířen o habitaty typu vodních ploch, jako je přehrada a potok, také půdní substrát a kůry stromů.The diploma thesis deals with the topic of filamentous cyanobacteria and their occurrence in various habitats of the city Štramberk. This thesis follows up the research of the bachelor's thesis, the subject of which was the determination of the species of cyanobacteria occurring in the Šipka karst cave. In this thesis, the research is extended to water type habitats, such as dam and streams, as well as soil substrate and tree bark.
