Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester v problematice v oblasti o prevenci dekubitů. Teoretická část se zabývá znalostmi všeobecných sester. Zabývá se dohledanými publikovanými poznatky výzkumných studií v prevenci dekubitů. Výzkumná část diplomové práce byla provedena pomocí standardizovaného měřícího nástroje Pressure Ulcer Knowledge Test (PUKT) vytvořený autorkou Pieper-Zulkowski. Je určený pro ověření znalostí v oblasti prevence dekubitů ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizované v Kroměřížské nemocnici a.s. a to na oddělení neurologie, plicním, interním, urologickém, oddělení ošetřovatelské péče, a to jak na jednotce intenzivní péče, tak i na standartních odděleních.The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out the level of knowledge of general nurses in the area of pressure ulcer prevention. The theoretical part deals with the knowledge of general nurses. In this section, knowledge from published research studies in the area of pressure ulcer prevention is addressed. The research part of the thesis was carried out with the help of the standardized measuring tool Pressure Ulcer Knowledge Test (PUKT), the author of which is Pieper-Zulkowski. It is designed to verify knowledge in the field of pressure ulcer prevention in medical facilities. The research was carried out in the Kroměříž hospital a.s. in the departments of neurology, pulmonary, internal medicine, urology, nursing, the intensive care unit, as well as in standard departments.
