Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na evaluaci služby terénních programů obecně prospěšné organizace SPOLEČNĚ-JEKHETANE. Cílem práce je evaluovat spokojenost klientů se službou terénních programů. Dílčím cílem práce bude zjistit, jak hodnotí klienti této organizace romského terénního pracovníka a spolupráci s ním. Metodou práce je kvantitativní výzkum, využitou technikou sběru dat je dotazník. Respondenti jsou převážně Romové, žijící v sociálně vyloučených lokalitách na území ORP Šumperk. Výsledná data z dotazníku ukázala, že většina klientů evaluuje sociální službu terénních programů ve vybraných oblastech výborně a jsou se způsobem poskytování spokojeni. V rámci dílčího cíle bylo zjištěno, že klienti vnímají romského terénního pracovníka pozitivně. Hodnotí ho jako pracovníka, který rozumí problémům, se kterými se potýkají, více než neromský pracovník, a také hodnotí výborně jejich motivaci při spolupráci s ním.The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the service of the field programs of the non-profit organization TOGETHER-JEKHETANE. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate clients' satisfaction with the service of outreach programs. A sub-objective of the thesis will be to find out how the clients of this organization evaluate the Roma outreach worker and their cooperation with him. The method of the work is qualitative research, the technique of data collection used is questionnaire. The respondents are mostly Roma living in socially excluded localities on the territory of the Šumperk municipality. The resulting data from the questionnaire showed that the majority of clients evaluate the social service of field programmes in selected areas as excellent and are satisfied with the way it is provided. Within the sub-objective it was found that clients perceive the Roma field worker positively. They rate him as a worker who understands the problems they face more than the non-Roma worker and also rate their motivation to work with him as excellent.
