Cílem práce je zjistit, jak se omezení poskytovaných služeb v pečovatelské službě ve Šternberku, způsobené opatřeními spojenými s pandemií covid-19, promítlo do přístupu seniorů k pečovatelské službě ve Šternberku. Práce je koncipována jako teoreticko-praktická. V teoretické části je podána charakteristika stáří, popsán je průběh pandemie covid-19, včetně jeho dopadu na pečovatelské služby. V praktické části je popsána realizace vlastního kvantitativního výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnilo 44 seniorů využívajících pečovatelskou službu ve Šternberku. Metodou sběru dat byl dotazník vlastní konstrukce. Získané výsledky jsou v diskusi vztaženy k výzkumným otázkám, teoretickým východiskům a obdobným studiím.The aim of the study is to investigate how the limitation of the services provided in the nursing service in Šternberk, caused by the measures related to the pandemic covid-19, affected the access of the elderly to the nursing service in Šternberk. The thesis is designed as a theoretical-practical one. In the theoretical part, the characteristics of old age are given, the course of the covid-19 pandemic is described, including its impact on care services. The practical part describes the implementation of the actual quantitative research, in which 44 elderly people using the care service in Šternberk participated. The method of data collection was a self-constructed questionnaire. The results obtained are related to the research questions, theoretical background and similar studies in the discussion.
