Bakalářská práce se zabývá preferencemi účastníků v oblasti trhu práce a jejich mezigeneračním srovnáním. Teoretická část popisuje problematiku pojmu generace, definuje jej. V rámci první kapitoly obecně charakterizuje jednotlivé generace a uvádí pozadí jejich vývoje. Další kapitola teoretické části se zabývá trhem práce, definuje jej, uvádí jeho politiky a nastiňuje současnou situaci v jeho českém prostředí. Poslední kapitola této části se zabývá oblastí age managementu. V praktické části jsou na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření zanalyzovány preference jednotlivých generací a následně jsou tyto data mezigeneračně srovnávány a interpretovány.The bachelor's thesis deals with the preferences of the participants in the field of the labor market and their intergenerational comparison. The theoretical part describes the issue of the concept of generation and defines this term. Within the framework of the first chapter, it generally characterizes individual generations and presents the background of their development. The next chapter of the theoretical part deals with the labor market, defines it, presents its policies and outlines the current situation in its Czech environment. The last chapter of this part is dedicated to the field of age management. In the practical part, the preferences of individual generations are analyzed on the basis of a questionnaire survey, and then these data are compared and interpreted in generational comparisson.
