Tato bakalářská práce podává přehled o dysfunkcích autonomního nervového systému u nejčastějších diagnóz, se kterými se může fyzioterapeut setkat v praxi. Obecná část se zabývá přehledem anatomie, fyziologie a patofyziologie autonomního nervového systému a také možnostmi diagnostiky jeho dysfunkcí. Speciální část obsahuje popis vybraných diagnóz spojených s autonomními dysfunkcemi, se kterými se fyzioterapeut může nejčastěji setkat v praxi. Součástí speciální části je také kazuistika pacienta s jednou z těchto diagnóz.The present Bachelor's thesis provides an overview of dysfunctions of the autonomic nervous system in the most common diagnoses encountered by physiotherapists in practice. The general part offers an overview of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the autonomic nervous system as well as the options of diagnosing its dysfunctions. The special part comprises a description of selected diagnoses relating to autonomic dysfunctions most frequently encountered by physiotherapists in practice. In addition, a case report of a patient suffering from one of the above diagnoses is submited in the special part.
