Předkládaná diplomová práce na téma "Svoboda pohybu v době pandemie koronaviru" se zabývá problematikou omezení ústavně zaručené svobody pohybu v době pandemie koronaviru. Práce si klade za cíl zanalyzovat a zhodnotit právní nástroje prostřednictvím kterých byla svoboda pohybu omezována, dále posoudit ústavnost a zákonnost vybraných přijatých opatření, upozornit na jejich sporné aspekty a na závěr zhodnotit soudní přezkum opatření zasahujících do svobody pohybu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. V první kapitole jsou vymezeny přípustné podmínky omezení svobody pohybu, a to jak ve stavu běžném, tak v mimořádném stavu jako je nouzový stav. Druhá kapitola se zabývá analýzou a hodnocení právních nástrojů, prostřednictvím kterých byla svoboda pohybu omezována. Ve třetí kapitole autorka diplomové práce posuzuje legalitu vybraných opatření zasahujících do svobody pohybu. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na soudní přezkum přijatých opatření, nejprve je shrnuta rozhodovací praxe Ústavního soudu a poté rozhodovací praxe soudů správních.The presented Master's thesis on the topic "Freedom of movement during the coronavirus pandemic" deals with the issue of restrictions on the constitutionally guaranteed freedom of movement during the coronavirus pandemic. The thesis aims to analyze and evaluate the legal instruments through which freedom of movement was restricted, to further assess the constitutionality and legality of selected adopted measures, to draw attention to their controversial aspects and, finally, to evaluate the judicial review of measures interfering with freedom of movement. The Master's thesis is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, the permissible conditions of restriction of freedom of movement are defined, both in a normal state and in an extraordinary states such as a state of emergency. The second chapter deals with the analysis and evaluation of legal instruments through which freedom of movement was restricted. In the third chapter, the author of the thesis assesses the legality of selected measures interfering with freedom of movement. The fourth chapter is focused on the judicial review of the measures taken, first the decision-making practice of the Constitutional Court and then the decision-making practice of the administrative courts are summarized.
