Hladiny významnosti byly stanoveny = 0,05 a = 0,01. Nasbíraná data byla statisticky zpracována v programu STATISTICA CZ 12. Výsledky výzkumu prokazují, že antropometrické rozměry pánve získané standardizovanou antropometrií a rekonstrukcí CT dat u mužů i u žen vykazují statisticky významný rozdíl mezi oběma modalitami. Rozdíl je tím výraznější, čím vyšší je tloušťka měkkých tkání nad příslušnými antropometrickými body. The aim of this thesis is to compare the values of the pelvic dimensions obtained by methods of classical standardized anthropometry with the dimensions measured by computed tomography (CT) in patients coming to the FNOL radiology clinic as part of their medical examination. In the theoretical part, the key bone structures in the context of the thesis are described, as well as the fundamentals of anthropometry, the characteristics of computed tomography, a literature research of professional studies that connect standardized anthropometry and imaging methods. The research part describes the implementation of the research investigation. The research sample consisted of 100 patients (39 women, 61 men) from the radiology clinic of the Faculty Hospital in Olomouc, who were sent by GP or attending physician to undergo a medical examination using computed tomography on a CT LightSpeed RT16 device by GE Medical System Co. Patients who gave their written consent and whose CT scan also covered the pelvic area were included in the research. The significance levels were set at = 0.05 and = 0.01. The collected data were statistically processed by statistical software STATISTICA CZ 12. The research results demonstrate that the anthropometric dimensions of the pelvis obtained by standardized anthropometry and reconstruction of CT data in men and women show a statistically significant difference across modalities. The difference is more pronounced the higher the thickness of the soft tissues above the respective anthropometric points.
