Předkládaná bakalářská práce představuje psychoanalytickou interpretaci a analýzu jihokorejského filmu Vzpomínky na vraždu (2003) na základě psychoanalýzy Jacquese Lacana. Prostor filmu je zaplněn násilím a nedávnou traumatickou politickou minulost Jižní Koreje. Výchozím bodem analýzy je totalitní režim, jemuž vše podléhá a v němž lidé umírají. Hlavní zájem bude upřen na totalitní společnost v čele s patriarchálním otcem, jejímž nástrojem je násilí, a na postavy filmu jako nositele ideologie, kteří jsou svědky i obětmi režimu.This bachelor thesis presents a psychoanalytic interpretation and analysis of the South Korean film Memories of murder (2003) based on the psychoanalysis of Jacques Lacan. The Film focuses on and explores the theme of violence and the recent traumatic political past of South Korea, whose space is filled by the presence of a regime where everyone is subordinate and where people die, and this where the starting point of analysis and interpretation of this work is. The film focuses on a totalitarian society led by a patriarchal father, whose instrument is violence, the characters of the film act as carriers of ideology, as witnesses and victims according to the theory of Jacques Lacan.
