Bakalářská práce se zabývá komplexními souvislostmi mezi prožitým traumatem nebo dalšími psychosociálními faktory a následným vznikem a průběhem onemocnění roztroušenou sklerózou. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s úvodem do problematiky psychosomatiky a komplexního přístupu vycházejícího z biopsychosociospirituálního modelu a nastiňuje mechanismy jakými psychika obecně a trauma konkrétně zasahuje do lidského zdraví. Popisuje také medicínské a psychologické aspekty onemocnění roztroušenou sklerózou. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního přístupu a je realizována formou mnohonásobné případové studie 11 respondentů. Metoda sběru dat byla provedena skrze polostrukturovaný rozhovor s možností podstoupení analyticko-terapeutického rozhovoru. Data byla zpracována s využitím tematické analýzy. Závěry výzkumného šetření jsou prezentovány jako odpovědi na jednotlivé výzkumné otázky. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou tyto odpovědi a hlubší porozumění problematiky, které umožní realizaci dalších výzkumných projektů.The bachelor thesis deals with the complex connections between experienced trauma or other psychosocial factors and the subsequent onset and course of multiple sclerosis. The theoretical section provides the reader with an introduction to psychosomatics and a holistic approach based on the biopsychosocial-spiritual model and outlines the mechanisms by which the psyche in general and trauma in particular interfere with human health. It also describes the medical and psychological aspects of multiple sclerosis. The practical part is based on a qualitative approach and is implemented in the form of a case series of 11 respondents. The method of data collection was carried out through a semi- structured interview with the possibility of undergoing a diagnostic and therapeutic interview. The data were processed using thematic analysis. The findings of the research investigation are presented as answers to the individual research questions. The main contribution of the thesis is these answers and a deeper understanding of the issues that will enable further research projects to be carried out.
