Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vzdělávání team leaderů v anonymní organizaci XY. Cílem práce je provést analýzu fází současného stavu vzdělávání zaměstnanců (team leaderů) - analýzu a identifikaci potřeb, plánování, realizaci, evaluaci a rešerši metod vzdělávání v konkrétní anonymní organizaci XY. První část práce se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky, ze kterých vychází druhá, výzkumná část. Ta se věnuje analýze systému vzdělávání v organizaci XY. Na základě výsledků analýzy v organizaci XY směřuje práce k identifikaci slabých stránek vzdělávání a návrhu na jejich zlepšení.This bachelor thesis deals with the education of teamleaders in the anonymous organization XY. The aim of the work is to analyze the current state of education of employees (teamleaders) - analysis and identification of needs, planning, implementation, evaluation in a specific organization XY and also to search for methods of training in this organization. The first part of the thesis focuses on the theoretical knowledge on which the second, research part is based. It deals with the analysis of the education system in the organization XY. Based on the results of the analysis in the organization XY, the text identifies the shortcomings/weaknesses of education and a proposal to improve them.
