Bakalářská práce se zabývá zachycením Kulturní revoluce ve snímku Sbohem má konkubíno od režiséra Chen Kaigea. Cílem práce je analyzovat tuto část filmu a poukázat na prvky, které vytvářejí působivé až autentické zobrazení Kulturní revoluce. Především se pokusím o analýzu postav, scén zachycujících revoluci, a na použitou symboliku. Pozornost budu také věnovat samotnému režisérovi. Pro obohacení analýzy snímku Sbohem má konkubíno zmíním zachycení Kulturní revoluce ve filmech Žít a Modrý drak.The main focus of this thesis is the depiction of the Cultural Revolution in the film Farewell My Concubine by director Chen Kaige. The aim of the thesis is to analyze this part of the film and highlight the elements that create an impressive to authentic portrayal of the Cultural Revolution. In particular, I analyze the characters, the scenes with revolution and symbolism. I also pay attention to the director himself. To enrich the analysis of Farewell My Concubine, I mention the depiction of the Cultural Revolution in the films To Live and The Blue Kite.
