Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití informačních a komunikačních technologií v online prostředí výuky biologie. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části se seznamujeme s komunikačními a informačními technologiemi, se základními fotografickými a kamerovými pojmy, s technikami a pomůckami, které jsou k tvorbě fotografií a edukačních klipů vhodné. Následně poukazujeme na možné využití grafických tabletů a tvorbou PowerPointové prezentace ve výuce. Praktická část pojednává nejen o jednotlivých fotografiích a edukačních klipech, na nichž je prezentováno, jak se vyhnout chybám při tvorbě a jak dosáhnout studijních fotografií, ale i o možných úpravách a maximálním využití komunikačních technologií. Dále se seznamujeme s používáním grafického tabletu a vyhodnocujeme dotazník, který zjišťoval současné využití ICT během online výuky biologie na středoškolském stupni studia.The aim of this thesis is to present the application of information technology in online biology teaching. The thesis is divided into two parts, i.e., the theoretical and the practical part. In the theoretical part, communication and information technology is described, as well as basic photography and video terms, technique, and aids applicable for photography and video production. The usage of tools such as a drawing tablet and a PowerPoint presentation w.r.t teaching is also discussed there. The practical part focuses on describing the most frequent mistakes while creating a conceptual photography and illustrates how to avoid those mistakes to get the best picture possible by using appropriate photography techniques. Benefits of involving modern ICT such as the drawing tablet etc. into teaching are also being illustrated there through results of a questionnaire filled out by students attending a high school.
