Tato diplomová práce řeší právní úpravu vybraných sexuální trestných činů, a to trestných činů znásilnění, sexuálního nátlaku a pohlavního zneužití. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda je daná právní úprava v ČR dostatečná a rozborem odhalit specifika jednotlivých trestných činů. Práce klade důraz na výklad nejdůležitějších znaků skutkových podstat, jejich charakteristiku a dále se zaměřuje na způsoby provedení těchto trestných činů a na jejich kvalifikované skutkové podstaty. Tím se zabývají první tři kapitoly práce, kdy je nejvíce podrobně rozebrán TČ znásilnění. Druhá část práce, tedy kapitola čtvrtá a pátá se zaměřují na oběti a pachatele těchto trestných činů. U obětí jsem se věnovala především obětem dětským a způsobům jejich výslechu orgány činnými v trestním řízení. U pachatelů jsem se zabývala zjišťováním a léčbou sexuální deviace, která v mnohých případech může být důvodem páchání takových trestných činů.This thesis deals with legal regulation of selected sexual crimes, namely rape, sexual coercion, and sexual abuse. The goal of this work was to find out whether the given legal regulation in the Czech Republic is sufficient and to reveal the specifics of individual crimes by analysis. The thesis emphasizes the interpretation of key features of these sexual offences, their characteristics and further focuses on the ways of performing these crimes and their qualified elements. Rape is the most analysed crime within the first three chapters. The second part of the work, i.e., the fourth and the fifth chapter focuses on the victims and perpetrators of these crimes. Regarding the victims, I focused mainly on child victims and the interrogation techiques performed by law enforcement authorities. Regarding the offenders, I dealt with the detection and treatment of sexual deviance, which may often be the reason of committing such crimes.
