Cílem práce je, na základě teoretického vymezení pojmu motivace a stimulace a praktického uchopení teorií A. Maslowa a F. Herzberga, zjistit motivační strukturu skupiny XY a ověřit, zda nástroje, které jsou používány pro stimulaci této skupiny, jsou v souladu s potřebami této skupiny.The aim of this thesis is based on the theoretical definition of motivation and stimulation and practical understanding of the theories of A. Maslow and F. Herzberg to find out the motivational structure of group XY and verify whether the incentives used to stimulate this group are in line with the needs of this group.
