Cílem bakalářské práce "Informovanost občanů Olomouckého kraje o možnostech finančního zabezpečení se na penzi" je na základě kvantitativního výzkumu analyzovat úroveň povědomí občanů Olomouckého kraje o problematice důchodového zabezpečení České republiky a možnostech finančního zabezpečení se na stáří. První část práce se věnuje charakteristice českého důchodového systému společně s jeho vývojem, popisem jednotlivých pilířů a přiblížení podstaty finanční přípravy na stáří. Následně definuje alternativní možnosti finančního zabezpečení na penzi. Ve druhé části práce je analyzován Olomoucký kraj z hlediska demografického a sociálního vývoje. Dále jsou popsány a analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které v závěru práce hodnotí míru informovanosti občanů Olomouckého kraje v oblasti důchodového zabezpečení a možnostech finančního zabezpečení se na penzi.The aim of the bachelor's thesis "Awareness of the citizens of the Olomouc Region about the possibilities of financial security in retirement" is based on quantitative research to analyze the awareness of the citizens of the Olomouc Region on the issue of pensions in the Czech Republic and the possibilities of financial security in old age. The first part of the thesis deals with the characteristics of the Czech pension system together with its development, a description of the individual pension pillars, and an approach to the essence of financial preparation for old age. It then defines alternative financial security options for retirement. The second part of the thesis analyzes the Olomouc region in terms of demographic and social development. Furthermore, the results of the questionnaire survey are described and analyzed, which at the end of the work evaluates the level of awareness of the citizens of the Olomouc region in the field of pension provision and financial security options.
