Bakalářská diplomová práce si klade za cíl sestavit profil personalisty. Práce obsahuje tři základní kapitoly, v rámci kterých se snažím najít požadavky a nabízené možnosti ze strany zaměstnavatele na pozici personalisty. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny teoretické základy jako například pojem personalista a jeho předmět práce, ze kterého následně vyvozuji kategorie, jež slouží jako základ pro obsahovou analýzu inzerátů na pozici personalisty. V metodologické části je popsán popis procesu analýzy a samotná obsahová analýza jako využitá metoda pro tuto diplomovou práci. V analytické části najdete již konkrétní popsané a interpretované výsledky podrobného zkoumání každé kategorie pramenící z personální odborné literatury.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to compile a profile of an HR manager. The thesis contains three basic chapters, within which I try to find the requirements and opportunities offered by the employer for the position of an HR manager. In the theoretical part, the theoretical foundations such as the concept of a recruiter and his/her subject of work are defined, from which I then derive categories that serve as the basis for the content analysis of advertisements for the position of recruiter. The methodological part describes the analysis process and the content analysis itself as the method used for this thesis. In the analytical part, you will find already concrete described and interpreted results of a detailed examination of each category stemming from the HR literature.
