Cílem této bakalářské diplomové práce je podat kontinuální svědectví celého příběhu mauzolea rodiny Kleinů v Sobotíně. Součástí práce je nastínění historie důležité podnikatelské rodiny Kleinů, zvláště potom generace stavebníků monumentální rodinné hrobky. Důraz je poté kladen jak na analýzu architektury kleinovského mauzolea a všech jeho prvků, tak na ideové koncepty, které jeho výstavbu doprovázely a které nám pomáhají pochopit sepulkrální architekturu ve vztahu ke společnosti a jejímu náhledu na smrt v průběhu 19. století.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give continuous evidence of the story of the Klein family mausoleum in Sobotín. This thesis gives an account of the history of the Klein entrepreneurial family, particularly the generation responsible building the monumental tomb. The focus is put on both analysis of architecture of the Klein mausoleum and all its elements, as well as on the ideological concepts that accompanied the construction of the mausoleum and that help us understand sepulchral architecture, its relation to the society and understanding of death during 19th century.
