Tato diplomová práce si klade za cíl poukázat na nutnost duchovního doprovázení nevyléčitelně nemocných a umírajících. Zabývá se způsoby a formami vzájemné komunikace mezi pečujícími osobami a pacienty. Seznamuje se současnými možnostmi poskytování celostní péče pacientům v jejich domácím prostředí. Na základě vybraných případů z autorovy služby akolyty ve farnosti Lanškroun a okolí poukazuje na specifika duchovní složky celostního přístupu. V závěru nastiňuje možnosti domácí péče v budoucnosti.This diploma thesis aims to point out the necessity of spiritual accompaniment of terminally ill and dying people. It deals with ways and forms of mutual communication between caregivers and patients. It presents the current possibilities of providing holistic care to patients at their homes. Based on selected cases from the author's service as an acolyte in the parish of Lanškroun and the surrounding area, the thesis points out the specifics of the spiritual component of the holistic approach. Finally, the work outlines ways for home care in the future.
