Tato přehledová bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice novorozenecké žloutenky. V první a druhé podkapitole budou přednesena známá fakta ohledně klasifikace novorozenců, krevních skupin a metabolismu bilirubinu. Ve třetí kapitole definuji stav hyperbilirubinémie jako takový a rozčlenění jednotlivých typů žloutenky. Čtvrtá kapitola se věnuje poznatkům v diagnostice a léčbě novorozenecké žloutenky, standardních procesech ošetřovatelské péče a terapeutických trendech u tohoto zdravotního stavu novorozenců. Finální kapitola se pak zaměřuje na zásady vhodné péče o novorozence s hyperbilirubinémií v domácím prostředí po propuštění klientky a jejího potomka z porodnice. Veškerá publikovaná data byla převzata vedle výchozí literatury z ProQuest, Pubmed a ScienceDirect databází.This summarizing thesis deals with the problematics of neonatal jaundice. In the first and second subchapters will be presented the known facts about classification of newborns, blood groups and metabolism of bilirubin. The third chapter defines the state of hyperbilirubinemia itself and classifies each type of neonatal jaundice. Then the fourth chapter contains pieces of knowledge about diagnostics of neonatal jaundice, standard procedures in nursing care and therapeutic trends related to this health issue of the newborn babies. Final chapter focuses on the principles of suitable care about a newborn with neonatal jaundice at home after the client and the baby have been released from the hospital. All used published data alongside the initial recommended literature and other books were obtained from ProQuest, PubMed and ScienceDirect database.
