Magisterská diplomová práce s názvem "Jak Češi žili na území Kazachstánu - překlad textu N. Lyško s kulturněhistorickým komentářem" se zabývá překladem vybraných kapitol sepsaných pamětí autorky Natalie Lyško. Tato práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol. První kapitola je věnována kulturněhistorickému nahlédnutí na problematiku imigrace a přesidlování českého obyvatelstva na území Kazachstánu. Druhá kapitola je věnována představení autorky textu Natalii Lyško. Následující kapitola je pojednává o překladu, procesu překládání, práci překladatele, a překladu vlastních jmen, reálií a hovorového jazyka. Poté následuje vlastní překlad, analýza vybraných prvků překladu a závěr práce s resumé. Během tvorby této diplomové práce byla využívána česká i ruská odborná literatura, výkladové slovníky a jiné elektronické zdroje.The master's thesis "How the Czechs lived in Kazakhstan - a translation of the text by N. Lyško with a cultural-historical commentary" deals with the translation of selected chapters written by the memory of the author Natalia Lyško. This work is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to a cultural-historical insight into the issue of immigration and resettlement of the Czech population in Kazakhstan. The second chapter is devoted to the introduction of the author of the text Natalia Lyško. The next chapter deals with translation, the translation process, the work of the translator, and the translation of proper names, cultural and historical facts, and colloquial language. This is followed by the translation itself, an analysis of selected elements of the translation and the conclusion of the work with the summary. During the creation of this diploma thesis, Czech and Russian professional literature, explanatory dictionaries and other electronic sources were used.
